In 2018 yaw moved to NZ, and has formed the new band Ozi Ozaa to introduce his High-life and Afro-funk music to Kiwi audiences.
Ozi Ozaa brings together 10 NZ funk & jazz musicians with traditional african rhythms - members from bands like Tahuna Breaks, The Yoots, Twinset, The Scribes of Ra, Ijebu Pleasure Club, Home Brew and others.
