Ceasefire Solidarity March Round the Bridges

Kia ora tātou!  We're hoping to see you all again this Saturday to keep this momentum going... it's clear that both Israel and the USA are feeling the pressure! This Saturday we'd like to suggest something a little different. In a show of respect for the Gazans who are being forced to relocate from the North to the South.... 

Let's meet at 11am by The Burrow Select, Whanganui City Bridge, Taupō Quay. From there we will walk over the City Bridge, taking a group photo on the way, and then make our way along Anzac Parade to the Dublin St Bridge, then cross over it and make our way back to the Tram Shed. The whole walk should take about an hour.

Those who can't join us for this are welcome to remain in the gathering place, and there will be an information table and petition there, etc. 

Let’s get creative! Please bring hats, keffiyehs, water, good walking shoes, bikes, pushchairs, signs and flags. Those bringing bikes and pushchairs, think about how to decorate them with Palestinian colours or the like.
